Tasks:

  • Understand client requirements and ensure documentation, handle requests  for the sales team
  • Managing between different departments
  • Responsibility for decide the priority
  • Keeping the Sales team informed about the progress of their request via direct contacts and updates Attend on the weekly sales reviews

Requirements:

  • College degree or at least 1 year relevant working experience in SSC/Customer Service environment is a must
  • Fluent English is a must and another European Language knowledge is a plus
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel is mandatory
  • Willingness and ability to multitask
