Sellbytel in Barcelona is looking for a Sales Consultant with Flemish and French (Digital Marketing) (m/w).

Responsibilities 

Provide strategic advice and help our advertisers get the best ROI on their advertising investment by working closely in a consultative role with customers. 

Upsell Twitter latest advertising solutions to new and existing advertisers 

Consistently deliver against sales target while delivering outstanding customer sales experience to Twitter's advertisers. 

Communicate with customers proactively, via phone and email. 

Drive quality and efficiency in everything you do through identifying areas for improvement on an ongoing basis 

Engage with product and engineering teams on issue prioritization and road map 



Requirements 

- 2 or more of years experience in sales acquisitions and support (preferred) 

- Cold call experience is a plus. 

- Interest in working against sales target. 

- Excellent verbal and written communication; comfortable with online communication tools 

- Exceptionally resourceful; fearless in mining available knowledge bases to find answers 

- Demonstrated ability to effectively work with, guide and mentor others 

- Active and passionate social media user 

- Experience working in a customer/client-facing environment (preferred) 

- Experience with online advertising, analytics and social media (preferred) 

- Experience in coaching and mentoring (preferred) 

- Complete fluency in English plus the language required for the market

We offer 

Full-time (39hrs./week) and "Obra y Servicio" contract 

Salary: 18.000Euros gross/year + up to 4.000Euros gross/year in bonus
