A sales consultant is the first point of contact for Valamar guests. This means that you will be in daily telephone and written communication with our clients, assisting them with reservations, inquiries, and information related to the Valamar portfolio properties.
You will be introduced to the work by a dedicated trainer who will introduce you to the job in detail during three weeks of training. You will work in a relaxed atmosphere where team spirit and individuality are equally nurtured. We will introduce you to our clearly defined processes, but we will also be happy to listen to your suggestions. We will appreciate your sales experience, but if you do not have it, it is not a problem because we also offer the opportunity for free sales training with the position.
Communication and writing in at least two foreign languages (English, German or Italian). Convincing telephone and written communication in foreign languages. Motivation to achieve sales goals and results.
Bonus: experience in sales and working with clients.
You can choose whether to work in Zagreb or Poreč, with an accommodation subsidy. In addition to spending time at work with excellent colleagues in a friendly atmosphere, you will also be able to socialize with them on trips to Valamar destinations.
