We are looking for a professional who is passionate about Food & Beverage, wants to be part of a winning team strives for perfection, is passionate about the internal and external aspects of the business, and is a hands on Manager.
The person we are looking for will be responsible in assisting the Food & Beverage Manager with the daily operation and Coordination of the hotel with particular emphasis on The Douglas Hyde Restaurant.
- Must have a strong F&B background with emphasis on F&B service, training & previous 4 star fine dining experience as a minimum.
- Must have experience in leading change.
- Excellent leadership and delegation skills, ability to make tough decisions.
- Must be a self starter, with good communication skills are a requirement of the role.
- Proven ability to grow revenues, improve costs and meet targets.
- Ability to improve customer service and satisfaction.
- Able to represent company in a professional and competent manner.
- Ability to assume further responsibilities.
- Minimum 4 Star previous hotel experience in a Food & Beverage Supervisory position is a must.
