We are currently looking for a Receptionist for our 5-star Castilla Termal Brihuega Hotel, whose mission will be to assist guests throughout their arrival, stay, and departure, ensuring a high standard of service and quality at all times while contributing to the creation of extraordinary wellness experiences.

Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Ensuring that guests’ arrival, stay, and departure are seamless, fulfilling all their needs effectively to foster guest loyalty and create unique thermal experiences.
  • Handling front desk tasks such as check-in, check-out, guest registration, invoicing, and payments.
  • Managing room reservations and scheduling internal services.
  • Providing continuous guest assistance via phone and email.
  • Informing guests about hotel services and local attractions, tailoring recommendations to their interests.
  • Maintaining continuous communication with other departments to report incidents, coordinate agreed-upon services, and facilitate potential upselling opportunities.
  • Addressing and resolving guest complaints professionally and efficiently.

What are we looking for?

  • Vocational training (mid- or higher-level) in Tourism or a Bachelor’s degree in Tourism.
  • B2 level in English.
  • Previous experience in 4- or 5-star hotels and hotel chains.

Valuable skills:

  • Teamwork and cooperation skills.
  • Knowledge and proficiency in additional languages.
  • Politeness, professionalism, and strong interpersonal skills.
