Comes SPA, a qualified industrial partner serving international EPCs in the planning, industrial construction, and management of electrical, instrumental, mechanical, and fluid-dynamic systems, is seeking a proposal specialist to be placed at our headquarters in Taranto, Italy. Main duties and responsibilities: The selected candidate will be able to define quotes in terms of content, competitiveness, innovation, and price; prepare the technical response to requests for proposals and the related cost model; and oversee the preparation of technical proposals.

Principali compiti e responsabilità: la risorsa selezionata dovrà essere in grado di definire i preventivi d’offerta in termini di contenuti, competitività ed innovazione, prezzo; Predisporre la risposta tecnica alle richieste di offerta ed il relativo cost model; Curare la predisposizione delle proposte tecniche d’offerta.
Requirements: Technical analysis of specifications; Estimate of time for preparing the offer; Quantity estimate; Requests for quotations from suppliers (lists, technical specifications, data sheets, regulatory references, etc.); Preparation of quotations (estimate of direct hours, indirect hours, estimate of costs for supplies, rentals, logistics, etc.); Technical specification for the offer (in Italian and/or English); Planning (project);
A good knowledge of English is also required, along with a degree in electrical, electronic, or management engineering, or a diploma in industrial engineering with a focus on electronics or electrotechnics.
Requisiti: Analisi tecnica del capitolato; Stima tempi di redazione offerta; Computo metrico estimativo; Richieste di offerte fornitori (elenchi, specifiche tecniche, schede tecniche, riferimenti normativi ecc.); Elaborazione preventivo (stima ore dirette, ore indirette, stima costi forniture, noleggi, logistica ecc.); Specifica tecnica di offerta (in Italiano e/o in Inglese); Planning (project);
Si richiede inoltre una buona conoscenza della lingua inglese e preferibilmente laurea in ingegneria elettrica, elettronica, gestionale o diploma di perito industriale indirizzo elettronico, elettrotecnico.
