Proposal Engineer - Solution Design

Sesé is a global logistics and supply chain company with over 14,000 professionals in 18+ countries.
This position is based at our headquarters in Zaragoza, Spain.

We are looking for a Proposal Engineer to join our Solution Design team. The selected candidate will be responsible for:

• Receiving and analyzing client requests and tender documents.
• Designing technical and commercial proposals tailored to client needs.
• Estimating costs and resources, and drafting complete project proposals in line with company strategy.
• Preparing and delivering technical-commercial presentations to clients.
• Supporting clients throughout all project phases, ensuring compliance with defined specifications.
• Managing proposal data in the CRM and collaborating with other departments on logistics project sizing.
• Working closely with site managers and Key Account Managers.
• Ensuring compliance with internal policies, ethical standards, and safety regulations.

• University degree in a technical field, preferably in Engineering.
• At least 1 year of experience in a similar role, ideally in dynamic or international environments.
• High level of English (minimum C1); a second language, preferably German, is a plus.
• Strong communication, organizational, and teamwork skills.
• High level of autonomy, analytical thinking, and planning and management capabilities.
• Willingness to travel.

• Master’s degree specializing in Logistics and Transportation.
• Knowledge of time and motion studies.
• Technical expertise in project development and management.
• Experience in cost and proposal management
