We are creating a new house that will capture the very essence of the LEGO idea - the LEGO® House. In magnificent architectural surroundings we will offer our guests a unique, inspiring and educational experience - and you give substance to this dream! LEGO® House - a house with a mission Our mission is to tell the amazing LEGO story through play and learning and in this way inspire to endless possibilities of the LEGO bricks. The goal is clear: you create the frame for world-class and high-quality hands on, minds on experiences throughout 12,000 square metres including exhibition areas, a café, a public square and a LEGO store. Realise our dream - from specification to installation Together with the Head of Experience and teams of experts you will be driving the Experience Project to deliver the experience. You lead, manage and motivate the LEGO House Experience teams to specify, develop, produce, test and install the LEGO® House Experiences - ensuring a great guest experience in a well-operating LEGO House. As such, you will ensure that the project is delivered in accordance with agreed directions of the LEGO® House Experience and within agreed frameworks in the form of: - deliverables - costs - resources - time - risk profile You will be working in an environment with various stakeholders and many international partners, and you ensure synergies and use relevant project management disciplines with a structured and proactive approach. Project Manager - from idea to operation Your CV mirrors a solid track record of proven project management experience, and you know the aspects of all disciplines, principles and methods within project management. As such, you are able to lead and set the direction for all stages of the projects – from idea to operation. Risk management is an important focus area, and it is an indisputable fact that you dare to navigate in a dynamic and entrepreneurial environment. You can foresee the consequences of your actions through proactive and targeted planning, enabling you to manoeuvre safely and communicate wisely in a world of many stakeholders and constant change. You hold a degree either within engineering, supply chain or a similar discipline. You use your inspiring and emphatic approach to safeguard your projects and your colleagues a continuously positive momentum. Lastly, you know that stringent project management is a means to success although you are fully aware that the best results are achieved through a collaborative, positive and can-do mindset.
