• Develop, set and optimize industrial processes
• Create process documentation and working instructions
• Coordination and preparation for acceptance of new products into production:
- Determine and define project team
- Plan resources needed to reach objectives and manage resources in an effective and efficient manner
- Develop and manage a detailed project plan
- Monitor progress and make adjustments as needed

Uvjeti radnog mjesta

• University degree in Engineering
• Computer competence
• Proficiency in English; German language is advantage
• Knowledge of problem solving tools
• Experience in manufacturing – plastic injection production is advantage
• Ability to meet deadlines
• Ability to establish and maintain good professional relationships, teamwork
• Ability to multitask and prioritize
• Good negotiation and problem solving skills
