Core Responsibilities

• Make robust plans and deal with short term capacity constraints in each factory by outstanding collaboration skills and usages of expertise and knowledge. It is encouraged that this will be passed on with and open communication style to all relevant partners



• Handling high priority moulds through close connection to costumers to be on top of their needs. This will lead to everyday decision making based on a detailed understanding of E&M costumers



• Ensure efficient usages of resources in relevant departments by improving process and understanding the need for innovation



• Develop capability and identify how to evolve knowledge build in planning and capacity management

When the order is placed by the costumer (production) Planning needs to make a plan for the mould how to execute the different process steps in E&M. This is a very complex task due to that Element and Moulds has 3000 routes / combinations of process steps. Furthermore, there is a need for connecting the costumers (global production) to ensure right priority of the moulds.



The ideal candidate has a minimum of 5 years of planning business experience (preferably from a Supply Chain role in a large production company). Furthermore, holds a bachelor’s degree in a business-related field, have a high level of Excel and SAP skills and advanced English language skills.



Moreover, it will be an advantage if you have:

• Proven business understanding both inside and outside E&M/E&Q

• Strong E2E and process minded oriented

• Partner management and superb communication skills

• Team leadership experience
