Spyrou Hospitality Group, a business group operating in multiple locations in Greece, is looking for a Personal Assistant to the President & C.E.O., based in Athens. 

Job Purpose: 

The new colleague's goal will be to work as a personal assistant to the President and CEO of the business group operating in the tourism and commercial sector. 

Main responsibilities: 

  • Management / execution of management orders
  • Management and updating of the President and CEO's meeting schedule Telephone and electronic service.
  • Mail management.
  • Record keeping (physical and electronic)
  • Communicating corporate identity, culture and services to customers
  • Support in the contract and financial management process
  • Maintaining procedures and standards
  • Maintaining a high level of professionalism, ethics and good interpersonal relations
  • Managing internal communication of the Group and archives of documents and forms related to personnel, financial and legal support
  • Maintaining daily, weekly and monthly schedules for internal use
  • Flexibility and adaptability in demanding situations
  • Organizational skills, ability to manage multiple tasks and a spirit of cooperation and teamwork
  • Responsibility and consistency

Uvjeti radnog mjesta

Organization Essential Qualification: 

  • At least 3 years of work experience in a similar position
  • Knowledge of foreign languages ​​(good knowledge of English is essential - holder of Proficiency)
  • Good knowledge of MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access), social media and excellent computer skills 

 

Desirable qualifications: 

Higher education degree or equivalent college degree 

Knowledge of finance and accounting
