The Kloster Hornbach Hotel has been one of Germany’s top ten conference hotels ever since its opening in the year 2000. Recognition has come repeatedly from leading publications including “Feinschmecker” and “GeoSaison”. National and international gourmet guides have attested to the quality of our gourmet restaurant “Refugium” including 15 Gault Millau points or seven out of ten marks in Gusto.

We welcome our guests in the unique historic setting of a former monastery. But our most important asset is our team. Driven by a mission to offer our guests a most pleasant and memorable experience, we are looking for a Patissier to support our team.

You have a passion for creating great desserts? You have prior experience in such a position or want to tackle this challenge as the next step in your career?

In our house patisserie, you create and produce the deserts for all our restaurants, particularly for our gourmet restaurant ‘Refugium’, along with pralines, sweets and of course especially beautiful wedding cakes. You are able to comply with HACCP regulations at all times, and you subscribe to a leadership style that promotes collaboration and cooperation.

You are either chef or pastry chef by training and accustomed to work hard, show initiative, demonstrate flexibility and uphold high standards of quality. Your conduct towards colleagues and guests is always exemplary.
