Your job involves person-centred care of care recipients, social activation, dialogue with relatives and collaboration with colleagues. Delegated tasks from nurses, occupational therapists and physiotherapists as well as documentation are included in the work. Day, evening, weekend and night duty may be included. We are looking for you with upper secondary education in health and social care, or other education/experience the employer considers equivalent. You are positive, confident in your professional role, creative, responsible, flexible and considerate, show respect and consideration at work. You can express yourself well in speech and writing in Swedish.
