The employer is looking mainly for qualified nurses and nursing assistants for the departments of intensive care, neurology, psychosomatics, pediatrics, orthopedics and the center for paraplegics.

What are the requirements?

  • an equivalent degree as nurse or assistant nurse
  • enthusiasm for your profession
  • willingness to do shift work and to provide specialized and patient-oriented integral care (basic and technical nursing)
  • motivation to adjust to another culture, working environment and healthcare system
  • German knowledge according to at least level A2 would be optimal but is not obligatory
  • willingness to improve your German language skills

What do we have to offer?

  • workplace integration supported by our translators (at the moment in English, Italian, Czech and Spanish)
  • adequate payment from the beginning and employment with a limited contract until passing the B2 exam according to CEFR
  • in continuation employment with a permanent contract as examined nurse or nursing assistant with a contractual obligation of 24 months directly after obtaining the permission of use for your professional title
  • free practice-oriented German language course until level B2 according to CEFR carried out at the clinic by a qualified and certified teacher for German as a foreign language (there is also alternatively the option to attend an online course up to level A2)
  • accommodation in completely furnished shared apartments for a fair rental price
  • support by our German nursing personnel during your adjustment period on the ward, on-the-job training and advanced vocational training
  • the clinic takes care of the application process which consists of checking the equivalence of your academic title (translations included) and obtaining the permission to hold the official job title (recognition of the profession)
