To support our Company’s growth, we are looking for a Network/CyberSec Specialist, you will take care of 
the internal maintenance of the network and security in support of the IT manager.

are best equipped for us. In this role you will:
- Deploy and maintain network monitoring tools to detect and respond to security events in real time.
- Support design, implement, and manage network security measures, including firewalls, intrusion 
detection/prevention systems, VPNs, and access con-trols.
- Apply best practices for hardening network devices such as routers, switches, and access points to mitigate 
potential vulnerabilities.
- Perform regular vulnerability assessments and penetration testing on network infrastructure, identify 
vulnerabilities, and collaborate with teams to re-mediate them.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of network and security configura-tions, procedures, and incident 
response plans.
- Provide expert-level support for troubleshooting security-related network is-sues and assist in resolving 
complex technical challenges.
- Work closely with IT, Security and Development teams to integrate security measures into the network 
infrastructure and projects.

Uvjeti radnog mjesta

• University Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent area.
• 3 years of experience in network and cybersecurity (preferred) roles.
• Fluency in English
• Solid understanding of network protocols, routing, switching, and subnetting.
• Proficiency in network security principles, including firewalls, IDS/IPS, VPNs, and access controls.
• Experience with vulnerability assessment tools and techniques
• Familiarity with security compliance standards and frameworks (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex network issues.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively across teams and convey 
security concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience with scripting languages (e.g., Python, PowerShell) for automation is beneficial
