eu-LISA, the European Agency for the Operational Management of large-scale IT Systems in the Area of Freedom, Security and Justice is a newly established EU Agency to provide a long-term solution for the operational management of large-scale IT systems, which are essential instruments in the implementation of the asylum, border management and migration policies of the EU. The headquarters of eu-LISA is based in Tallinn, Estonia, whilst its operational centre is in Strasbourg, France.

Eligible candidates meet the following requirements:

Education: a level of post-secondary education or a level of secondary education with 3 years of proven professional experience.

Professional experience: minimum 2 years of relevant professional experience (for Junior Administrative Support); 4 years (for Administrative Support); 5 years (for Senior Administrative Support).

Professional competencies:

  • very good knowledge of English; knowledge of French or Estonian would be an asset,
  • very good knowledge of the Microsoft Office tools,
  • knowledge of EU administrative working procedures will be an asset.

These posts require security clearance. Therefore, a chosen candidate will be required to undergo a respective security screening procedure in case he/she is not already in possession of a security clearance.
