
Maintenance mechanic (m/f/d)
Troubleshooting & Repairs: Analysis and resolution of mechanical and mechatronic faults on production equipment, including assembly and disassembly of complex components using precision tools.
· Maintenance & Servicing: Mechanical inspection, adjustment, and preventive maintenance of production systems and special equipment (FEMI) to ensure operational reliability.
· Machine Repairs: Independent fault diagnosis, disassembly, and repair of processing machines, including mechanical systems such as spindles, axis systems, and guides.
· Quality Control & Testing: Execution of mechanical function and load tests according to defined procedures and quality standards, including documentation and improvement measures.
· Tool & Equipment Management: Inspection and documentation of measuring and operating equipment in line with internal requirements to ensure long-term reliability.
· Spare Parts Management: Identification and procurement of wear parts using parts lists, technical drawings, and documentation.
- Completed vocational training as an industrial mechanic (m/f/d) or a comparable technical qualification, ideally with a focus on manufacturing and assembly technology
- Experience in mechanical maintenance, fault analysis, and repair of production equipment
- Basic knowledge of automation technology and mechatronic systems is an advantage
- Practical experience in TIG and MAG welding for the machining and repair of metal components
- Valid driver’s license and access to a personal vehicle required
