SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manages the overall continuous improvement process and tools – VSM, SMED, etc.
- Communicates and ensures the follow up of the best practices between the Group and the Plant
- Ensures the communication of the evolution of the standard within the Plant
- Ensures that all the tools used are respecting the standards
- Supports the creation of common tools in all the areas (indicators displayed, template used …)
- Cooperates with the auditees and inform the Plant Manager for non-conformities found
- Reports all necessary information to the Plant Manager
- Ensures the communication of any standards’ update
- Vigorously promotes LINAMAR's philosophy on proposals from all within the department to the betterment of plant, methods and efficiency
- Takes part in the development of the internal regulation for environment, energy, health and safety at work
- Leads and participate in regular meetings and audits to improve safety conditions at work, environmental responsibility and energy performance
Requirements:
- University degree (economical/technical)
- Experience on similar position in a production company
- Familiar with the Lean and/or Six Sigma approach
- Knowledge in statistics, mathematical thinking, MS Excel skills – calculation of deviations, percentage, trends
- Fluent English and Bulgarian language
