Kitchen assistant
Main task:
- Pre-processing of foodstuffs and preparing simple dishes.
- Washing, transporting and storing the dishes.
- Storing foodstuffs.
- Handling waste, packaging and kitchen linen.
- Cleaning kitchen areas and utensils.
- Keeping records.
- Other appropriate tasks as assigned.
Education level:
- Short upper secondary vocational education.
- Alternatively successfully completed elementary education.
Work experiences:
- 12 months.
Competency:
- Systematic.
- Reliable.
- Detail oriented.
- Interpersonal skills.
- Team work.
- Preserves impeccable personal hygiene standards and has a tidy appearance.
Responsible for:
- Completing work tasks safely, professionally and on time.
- Prompt reaction in case of discrepancy with standards.
- Economical use of resources.
