Do you want to lead design, support, and documentation on network infrastructure? Are you looking for challenges in a global IT function with a high degree of influence? Then this Copenhagen-based position may be your next career step!´
As our new IT Network Specialist, you will team up with the Global IT Infrastructure team at Radiometer in Brønshøj, DK. You will be responsible for maintaining and developing IT infrastructure at Radiometer in a global context, and you will lead design and support as well as documentation on network infrastructure.
You will participate in improvement and maintenance of our network and security infrastructure and at the same time be the architect that creates the right solutions in relations to new business demands. The technology focus is Cisco network.
Radiometer Global IT is globalized with IT functions spread out in our subsidiaries around the world. The overall responsibility for IT and IT Security is connected to the IT function at Radiometer Medical's head quarter at Brønshøj, Denmark.
The key success factor for the position is to fulfil the policies for IT by obtaining a tactical and an operational view on the area to ensure organizational implementation.
The job
To become successful, you must thrive in a dynamic environment with many simultaneous tasks and strict deadlines. Your responsibilities will be:
•Be the Network architect in new infrastructure projects.
•Administrate Cisco Network infrastructure
•Demonstrate efficiency in incident and request handling in IT Operations
•Continuously ensure a high level of security standards on network infrastructure
•Travel activity up to 10 days per year.
Qualifications

•A relevant academic background, providing you with knowledge in areas such as IT network technology, system design and administration, IT security and quality assurance.
•Cisco CCNAA or CCNP certification.
•Network specialist/Architect with 5+ years of experience and used to work in a complex IT environment.
•Specialized knowledge within Cisco Wireless, Switch, routing and Firewall.
•Specialized knowledge within Datacenter backbone design.
•Experienced working in an ITIL regulated environment.
•A broad knowledge within Infrastructure technologies Microsoft, Citrix, VMware and Server/storage.
•Fluent English is required, written and spoken. Danish will be an asset.
