thyssenkrupp Group Services Gdańsk is one of competence centers for thyssenkrupp Group aimed at bundling and standardizing global administrative functions in the areas of Finance & Accounting (FI), Human Resources (HR), Information Technology (IT), and Real Estate Management (RE).

 

Global Control Centre is a core of our Global Service Management team. It is responsible for Major Incidents coordination, creating and providing reports, key figure analysis (service quality and quantity), cooperating directly with suppliers gathering necessary data and comparing them to the data backed up by physical systems and networks monitoring.

 

Your responsibilities

  • Ongoing live systems monitoring
  • Coordination of Major Incidents in order to restore service as quickly as possible after an incident occurs
  • Preparation of relevant KPI reports of the service lifecycle management
  • Coordination and preparation of meetings with suppliers and customers
  • Preparation/updating of technical and process documentation 
  • Communication between Customers, Suppliers and Management
  • Modeling network diagrams

 

Your profile

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or IT related areas
  • Network knowledge would be an asset
  • Full-time availability
  • Very good English language skills
  • Willingness to learn about IT processes
  • Great customer service skills
  • High communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong service thinking and analytical skills
  • Quality and goal orientation
  • Willingness of shift work in a 24/7 environment
