International Markets Specialist
We are seeking a highly motivated Civil Engineer to join our International Markets Department in Lisbon. The main responsibilities include managing multiple contracts, with a particular focus on projects in Africa, ensuring close coordination with local teams and stakeholders. You will also interact directly with clients and provide technical guidance to support international operations, contributing to the successful execution of ongoing contracts. The role requires active collaboration with colleagues working on-site, as well as engagement with external partners to foster trust and long-term cooperation. In addition to these responsibilities, the position also involves back-office functions, supporting the overall organization and efficiency of the department.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree (pre-Bologna) or Master’s degree (post-Bologna) in Civil Engineering or equivalent;
- Minimum of 8 years of professional experience;
- Experience in works supervision and/or site management (for the contractor);
- International experience and/or familiarity with FIDIC contracts will be considered an asset;
- Fluency in French and English, both spoken and written;
- Strong IT skills – Word, Excel, PowerPoint, AI, etc.;
- Availability for occasional visits to ongoing markets/contracts.
- Fluency in Portuguese, both spoken and written;
