Housekeeper

Job description

Château d'Audrieu is looking for a housekeeper to join our team starting April 15, 2026.

As the person responsible for the cleanliness and comfort of the rooms and common areas, you will play an essential role in providing our guests with an impeccable and memorable experience.

• Ensure that rooms are cleaned, tidied, and prepared in accordance with hotel standards, paying attention to every detail.
• Keep common areas (hallways, lounges, bathrooms) clean and welcoming.
• Check the condition of linens, furniture, and room equipment and report any maintenance or replacement needs.
• Supply rooms with clean linen, welcome products, and other necessary supplies.
• Comply with the safety and hygiene procedures in force in the establishment.
• Respond to specific customer requests as far as possible, in coordination with the reception and concierge team.
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth, high-quality service.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in hospitality or customer service, preferably in a high-end hotel.
• Fluency in French, knowledge of English is a plus.
• Strong customer service skills and good interpersonal skills.
• Ability to maintain the establishment's standards of cleanliness and presentation.
• Rigorous, organized, and attentive to detail.
• Ability to multitask effectively and work independently.
• Willingness to work weekends and holidays.
