They build strong relationships with guests and colleagues, demonstrating excellent communication and organisational skills. Attention to detail is essential, from managing waitlists to providing accurate information and maintaining a well-organised reception area.

- Previous experience in a customer-facing or hospitality role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Well-presented with a professional and friendly attitude
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays
- Fluent in English (additional languages are an asset)
- Experience in high-volume or upscale dining environments
- Familiarity with reservation systems
- Strong problem-solving skills
