  What you will do

  As Head of Compliance, you will be responsible for leading our compliance team and driving the overall strategy for IT and OT compliance. Your primary focus will be ensuring that our clients navigate complex regulatory requirements with confidence while also developing and enhancing our compliance services in line with market needs.

   

  You will play a key role in managing and mentoring a team of compliance specialists, fostering knowledge sharing, and ensuring continuous development within the organization.

   

  Key responsabilities

• Lead and develop the small but growing compliance team of 5 colleagues, including recruitment, training, and strategic planning.
• Drive business development activities within area of expertise and assist team members in dialogues with potential clients
• Provide expert advisory services on IT and OT compliance during system implementations, upgrades, and decommissioning.
• Develop and implement compliance strategies, test plans, and validation strategies in line with regulatory requirements (e.g., FDA 21 CFR Part 11, EMEA Annex 11, and GAMP 5).
• Ensure compliance processes and best practices are integrated into project deliveries.
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to maintain compliance throughout the project lifecycle.

• Stay updated on regulatory changes and translate them into actionable initiatives for the company and clients.

• What you bring
• 7-10 years of experience in IT compliance and a strong network within the pharmaceutical industry
• Leadership experience preferably from a consulting company
• Strong expertise in regulatory frameworks such as FDA 21 CFR Part 11, EMEA Annex 11, and GAMP 5.
• Proven experience in team leadership, strategic development, and business development within compliance.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex regulations into practical solutions.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
• Ability to build strong client relationships and ensure high-quality service delivery.
• Flexibility and willingness to travel as required by projects.
