You will work very hands-on, from the preparation of the fresh ingredients for the day, through the quality control of our burgers to the perfect customer service - you are just as involved as the team.

Counting Numbers - The analysis of key KPIs and the subsequent deduction of appropriate improvement measures are your daily bread and groundbreaking for the success of the restaurant.

You are responsible for efficient merchandise management and regular stocktaking.

Safety first - you ensure that our quality, safety and hygiene standards are met at all times and 100 percent.

You regularly create staff deployment planning to ensure optimal staffing and take care of recruitment.

You recognize talents and potentials and support them with the appropriate training.

You have already gained experience in a comparable position in the service sector, preferably in (hotel) catering or the hotel industry.

You have good command of English.

You are an organizational talent and convince by your excellent business understanding as well as your very good communication skills.
