The successful candidate will be accountable for Engineering and Technology SME support for our new Fully automated Visual Inspection line under construction in Jutland and for being the go-to person and specialist in the Automated Visual Inspection Engineering and Technology matters during qualification and when the line is in commercial mfg.

The team

The MSAT for DP department contains the Drug Product Process and Technology Scientists / SMEs as well as the Tech Transfer Leads and Program Managers. We are growing from the current 6 colleagues to more than 10 over the coming year as we get closer to clinical and commercial DP mfg. operations. We work in an informal way with emphasis on trust, delegation, proactivity, teamwork and learning and sharing with each other.

The role

The main purpose of the job is to act as Process Engineer / Responsible Engineer (Technology SME) within Drug Prodcut MSAT on the Automated Visual Inspection line work in cooperation with relevant scientists / SMEs in additional areas as relevant. These are the focus areas:

-  Support and drive MSAT engineering activities and deliverables in connection with Construction, FAT, SAT, Qualification and Process Validation of an Automated Visual inspection  Line for Fujlifilm Diosynth Biotechnologies in Hillerød and developing into technology SME

- Acting as second line support to maintenance organization in complex and unforeseen equipment issues. Leading troubleshooting teams and activities and being point of contact to suppliers.

- Drives and provides inputs to creation of processes and procedures towards having shortest mean time to repair ( getting it right first time) and longest Mean time between failure. Creating clear data driven structures to understand and prioritize on solving and eliminating equipment potential failure modes.

- Provides support to activities around maintenance strategy and experimental development towards most reliable process parameters (ranges) ensuring high uptime and least possible product loss.

- Provides support towards operational readiness for the Inspection processes, including support for training, procedures etc.

- Drives continuous improvement of the Inspection process, being up to date with new technologies and equipment.

- Participates in deciding future equipment technologies as fit to Fujifilm Strategy.

Qualifications

We are ideally looking for a person who brings with her/him the below mentioned:

- experience from the Pharmaceutical industry working in a GMP environment.

- experience from Automated Visual inspection technologies in Pharma or transferable from elsewhere.

- experience from working with strategies for equipment uptime and preventive, predictive and corrective maintenance for complex mfg. equipment

- interest and bandwidth for continually learning about new technologies, processes and products

- Strong communication skills in English (spoken and written).

- Profound analytic skill

- Self-drive, proactivity and skills in managing complex assignments.
