👉 Become our next head chef, a hands-on position working in coordination with the catering manager and club director. Supported in your daily tasks by a sous chef, you will lead a team of 4 to 10 employees. Responsible for ensuring the quality of the dishes served, you will bring all your expertise to bear on each plate.

💪 As the true conductor of the kitchen, here is a glimpse of your daily routine:

Developing and preparing dishes, while adhering to the menus and technical specifications established by headquarters

Checking the presentation of the buffet and the plating of dishes

Organizing the dining room service for the hot buffet, setting up and replenishing cold dishes and desserts

Being present during key moments of service to supervise the team

Supervision and leadership: maintaining a supportive and caring atmosphere, integrating and welcoming new employees, assigning tasks

Training and supporting the team in culinary standards and health and safety rules

Anticipating merchandise and food product needs: generating supply orders to be sent to the catering manager, who is responsible for orders

Épaulé dans vos fonctions quotidiennes par un second, vous dirigez une équipe composée en moyenne de 4 à 10 personnes. Garant de la qualité des plats servis, vous concentrez tout votre savoir-faire dans l’assiette.

💪 Véritable chef d’orchestre des cuisines, voici un avant-goût de votre quotidien :

  • Élaboration et préparation des plats, tout en respectant les grilles de menus et les fiches techniques établies par le siège
  • Contrôle de la présentation du buffet et du dressage des plats
  • Organisation du service en salle sur le buffet chaud, mise en place et renouvellement des produits froids et des desserts
  • Présence durant les moments clés du service pour superviser l’équipe
  • Encadrement et animation : entretenir un climat d’entraide et de bienveillance, intégrer et accueillir les nouveaux collaborateurs, répartir les tâches
  • Formation et accompagnement de l’équipe aux normes culinaires ainsi qu’aux règles d'hygiène et de sécurité
  • Anticipation des besoins en marchandises et produits alimentaires : générer les bons d’économat pour envoi au responsable restauration, chargé des commandes
