Finance Business Integration & Projects Expert
Mission:
Promote financial integration in acquisition processes for new companies/businesses in the Rovensa Group in coordination with the other areas of the Group in order to guarantee the harmonization of criteria, policies and processes currently implemented. Coordinate/manage transversal projects inherent to the financial area in connection with the different financial teams in the different geographies where the Rovensa Group has a presence. Work on the development of integration and management tools for processes and procedures in the financial area with the other departments of the group.
Key tasks and Activities:
•Identification/survey of the different processes in force in the acquired companies with the aim of ensuring their harmonization with the processes implemented in the Rovensa Group;
•Be the main contact link/blocking element between the Group's corporate areas (Finance, IT, Legal; M&A; Procurement, P&C, HR, Sustainability) and the acquired companies in order to promote the integration of the various processes;
•Support the M&A team in monitoring accounting adjustments inherent to the purchase process and which are relevant for determining the final acquisition price; •Work together with the various teams that include the financial area, namely Consolidation, Taxation, Treasury and Accounting, in order to ensure more fluid communication and sharing of information;
•Coordinate and monitor the evolution of projects across the financial area, involving the necessary teams and promoting their integrated collaboration, taking into account the defined implementation calendars;
•Preparation of monitoring reports on the various phases of the integration process of new companies as well as the development of financial processes;
•Work on the development of management and monitoring tools for the financial area in interconnection with the other areas of the group;
•Preparation and development of reporting models and presentation of information inherent to the financial area.
The talent we are looking for:
•Degree in Accounting, Finance, Management or similar;
•Minimum experience of 2 to 4 years in the area of Corporate Finance, Consulting and Private Equity;
•Background in project management;
•Availability to travel;
•Strong knowledge of Excel and Power BI; •Knowledge of Microsoft Office and Knowledge of SAP S/4;
•Proficient English and Spanish (plus);
•Knowledge of international (IFRS) and national (SNC) regulations;
•Contact with charts of accounts from different countries;
•Knowledge of Advanced Excel and Power BI;
•Knowledge of Microsoft Office and SAP S/4 HANA;
•Background in project management;
•Strong organizational and process definition/implementation and management skills;
•Strong analytical skills combined with good communication skills;
•Good ability to adapt to a changing business environment;
• Versatility and proactivity.
