Experienced Housekeeping Supervisor

Beacon Recruitment Limited is seeking an experienced Housekeeping Supervisor for a luxurious 5-star hotel located in County Clare, Ireland.
Key Responsibilities:
    Overseeing and managing the housekeeping team to ensure the highest standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction.
    Training and supporting housekeeping staff to maintain exceptional service.
    Coordinating room cleaning schedules and ensuring rooms are prepared to 5-star standards.
    Managing laundry, linen, and cleaning supplies.
    Ensuring health and safety protocols are always followed.
Requirements:
    Proven experience in a similar role within a high-end or 5-star hotel.
    Eligible to work in Ireland.
    Valid EU driving licence.
    Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills.
    Excellent attention to detail.
Salary & Benefits:
    €16.50 per hour.
