Key Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service by welcoming guests, taking orders, and ensuring prompt and professional service.
- Serve food and beverages efficiently, following company and industry standards.
- Maintain high levels of cleanliness and hygiene across the restaurant, bar, and service areas.
- Assist in setting up and clearing tables, ensuring a smooth flow of service.
- Offer recommendations and upsell menu items to enhance the guest experience.
- Handle cash and card transactions accurately when processing payments.
- Support the wider team in stock replenishment, inventory checks, and compliance with food safety regulations.
- Work closely with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve any service-related issues promptly and professionally.
Previous experience in a food & beverage role, ideally in a restaurant, bar, or hotel setting.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-first approach.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
A team player with a positive and proactive attitude.
Basic knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and handling procedures.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
