Position summary

You take pride in and are an expert at : 

• Being responsible for the day-to-day management and smooth operation of digital transformation projects for main players in Luxembourg and abroad 
• Providing assistance & solutions by closely cooperating with the business stakeholders in ongoing and future projects 
• Leading the development of cohesive conclusions, report writing, analysis and presentation of results to clients 
• Joining the development of practical solutions and methodologies, develop “thoughtware” and “point-of-view” documents, participate in public speaking events and support the development and delivery of training programs 
• Improving your expertise in digital transformation capabilities for various industries

To fit in the role, you also have :

• At least 6 years of experience in the field of consulting and/or agency 
• A proven experience delivering digital projects in complex environments  
• An ability to work with solution delivery methodologies such as Service Design or Scrum 
• A strong top-down analytical, problem-solving skills as well as result-oriented attitude  
• An excellent communication skills, have a collaborative mindset—you enjoy sharing knowledge and succeeding as a team 
• Fluency in French and English
