RESPONSIBILITIES WE WILL TRUST YOU WITH
- Communication with customers via phone, email and other channels,
- placing orders with logistics companies,
- communication with couriers and other partners,
- collaboration with the financial department and other departments in operations.
SKILLS WE WOULD LIKE YOU TO BRING TO THE TEAM
- A minimum level V. education,
- fluent knowledge of English, other languages are plus
- affinity to work with people,
- professional communication with customers,
- reliability, conscientiousness and a positive attitude,
- experience in customer support is a plus.
