Customer Service Representative with Finnish
In this role you will provide service excellence to the Finnish customers. Your main duties will include answering to customers’ inquiries by phone, email and chat.
Requirements:
· Fluent level of Finnish and communicative level of English,
· high communication skills, customer attitude,
· energetic and enthusiastic approach to team work,
· ability to learn new products and services,
· contact center experience will be an advantage.
