Our partner are seeking a motivated Customer Interface Account Specialist –based in Budapest.
Tasks:
- Interact and communicate with customers in order to manage the customer portfolio
- Interact and manage internal communication with Commercial team, Customer Operation, Logistics, Finance
- Understand customer needs, specific market dynamics and commercial strategy in order to proactively support a complex business by ensuring Customer satisfaction
- Manage a portfolio of customers within the country. Strengthen relationship with key accounts where applicable
- Proactive information/support to customers about OTC process. Handling of customer questions
- Administrative interface with Customer and Commercial
Requirements:
- Fluent English language knowledge
- Minimum 2 years experience in customer service field
- University/College degree
- Customer focus, good communication skills,
- Results oriented, proactive, problem solver, able to manage priorities
- User level of Ms Office
