* Gastgeberherz: Persönliche Betreuung unserer Gäste einschließlich der Erfüllung von Gästewünschen sowie gegebenenfalls die Bearbeitung von Gästebeschwerden
* Service-Champion: Vorbereitung und Service von Speisen und Getränken beim Frühstück-, Mittag- und Abendservice sowie Menüaufnahme und Koordination von Menüs unter Einhaltung der Allergien/Unverträglichkeiten
* Teamarbeit in Aktion: Teilnahme an Team-Meetings und Servicebesprechungen
* Unterstützende Hand: Unterstützung des Chef de Rangs
* Meister der Vorbereitung: Erstellung von Mise en place und Sauberkeit der Station
* Hinter den Kulissen: Administrative Arbeiten im Office
* Alles im Blick: Einhaltung & Überwachung der vorgegebenen Service-Standards
