Typiske arbeidsoppgaver

Som CNC-operatør hos oss vil du få varierte arbeidsdager med oppgaver som:

• Drift av CNC-maskiner
• Utføre oppgaver i samsvar med produksjonsprosessene
• Programmering
• Stille om maskiner ved oppsett av nye produkter
• Opprettholde produksjonen og dens kvalitet
• Bidra til utvikling og forbedring av produksjonen
• Bidra i optimalisering av produksjonsparametere
• Opprettholde struktur og orden på arbeidsplassen

Ønskede kvalifikasjoner og egenskaper

Vi søker deg som har relevant erfaring, er en god lagspiller og har drivkraft til å bidra med din kompetanse inn i vår produksjonsavdeling. Vi ser for oss at du:

• Har erfaring fra CNC-dreiemaskiner. Erfaring med Nakamura- eller Mazak-maskiner er definitivt et pluss.
• Liker utfordringene med maskinering i krevende materialer for subsea-installasjoner. Har du erfaring med materialer som Duplex, Super Duplex, Inconell eller lignende, så vet at det vi driver med er helt rått
• Motiveres av høy presisjon og jobber godt med strenge toleransekrav
• Bidrar positivt i teamet og spiller kollegaene gode
• Ønsker å utvikle egen kompetanse og følge med i den teknologiske utviklingen

We are looking for CNC operators who want to contribute to the new Norwegian industrial adventure.

We are experiencing strong growth and are seeking CNC operators with drive, team spirit, and a machining background. If that sounds like you, you may be the one we’re looking for!

HTS Dynamics is one of Norway’s most innovative, high tech, and exciting industrial companies. We deliver mechanical precision components for subsea technology and specialize in critical machining and welding in advanced materials. 
Our customers operate within some of the world’s most demanding industries, and now we are looking for someone who wants to join our team.

About the positions
For our production department, we are now seeking CNC operators who can contribute their expertise to our modern machine park and help ensure the high quality of our deliveries.

Typical work tasks
As a CNC operator with us, your workdays will be varied, including tasks such as:

• Operating CNC machines
• Performing tasks in accordance with production processes
• Programming
• Setting up machines for new products
• Maintaining production flow and quality
• Contributing to development and improvement of production
• Contributing to optimization of production parameters
• Maintaining structure and order in the workplace

Desired qualifications and personal qualities
We are looking for someone with relevant experience, strong teamwork skills, and the drive to bring their competence into our production department. We imagine that you:

• Have experience with CNC lathes. Experience with Nakamura or Mazak machines is definitely an advantage.
• Enjoy the challenges of machining demanding materials for subsea installations. If you have experience with materials such as Duplex, Super Duplex, Inconel, or similar, you know that what we work with is truly impressive.
• Are motivated by high precision and work well with strict tolerance requirements
• Contribute positively to the team and help elevate your colleagues
• Want to develop your own skills and stay up to date with technological advancements
• Good command of English, written and spoken
