Grand Hotel Imperiale spa are looking for chef de rang to join our team.

Responsabilities:

  • keep professional and ethical repationships with guests, suppliers and colleagues.
  • be in charge of the mese en place for each shift (breakfast, lunch, dinner)
  • anticipate the needs of guests, taking extreme care of details and customer service
  • proactively be involved in teamwork and cooperate with every co-worker.
Uvjeti radnog mjesta
  • Previous experience as a Chef de Rang or similar role in a high-end restaurant or hotel.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent knowledge of English language
  • Will ensure compliance with the haccp system rules.
