Business Developer Scandinavia
Main goal : Develop a customer portfolio before going to Sweden as a regional manager.Missions : After having discovered our approach and assimilated our sales methods, you will :- Qualify prospecting targets (large industrial groups, in various sectors)
- Prospect by getting in touch with decision-makers (Plant Directors, Industrial Directors, Operations Directors…)
- Understand the need / the areas of improvement of the mills contacted
- Propose Br@incube according to the need, until the signature of the contract
- Ensure business follow-up in order to expand Br@incube to other production lines/workshops/mills and to sign group agreements
Required skills :
Engineer
Global understanding of a production site functioning and of its main performance indicators
Fluent English & Swedish. French and Finnish as a bonus.
Large independence once the method is understood and applied. Entrepreneurship.
Motivated by high-level market expanding, via a highly innovative technology that effectively responds to industrial challenges.
Good listener, Adaptability, Tenacity, Highly result-oriented
Conditions : Long-term contract
Compensation & benefits : fixed salary + bonus + company car + phone + laptop
Location : . initial (1 year) : Versailles (France) with 50% of business trips
