Breakfast Room Manager
The Breakfast Room Manager is a key figure in ensuring impeccable service and a memorable experience for guests during the most important time of the day: breakfast. This person is responsible for the complete management of the breakfast room, from preparation to guest welcoming, from service to tidying up, ensuring that every detail is handled with attention and professionalism.
The Manager reports to the Restaurant Manager. This is a seasonal position for the approximate period from March to October.

Who We Would Like to Meet:
We are looking for individuals who possess:
- Strong interpersonal skills, friendliness, and a welcoming attitude towards hotel guests, clients, and all hotel staff.
- Proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking English; a third language (French, German, Russian, Spanish) is preferred.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Computer literacy is essential, including knowledge of Syshotel systems, Google Works Suite, and the use of mobile devices (iPad, Kindle).
- Professionalism, service-orientation, a willingness to help colleagues, and adaptability to changes.
- Good knowledge of all hotel departments and operations.
- High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, results-orientation, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
- Dynamic adaptability and flexibility to the demands of hotel industry working hours.
- Proficiency in using office equipment (printers, scanners, card encoders).
- A positive attitude and a hands-on approach to any task.
- Meticulousness and precision in carrying out duties.
- Possession of any training certificates for fire safety, first aid, and HACCP.
- Approval and observance of the Company Manual, an integral part of the working collaboration.
The following will be considered a plus:
- Proven experience in accommodation facilities of a similar level.
- Certificates of specific qualifications for the role (Sommelier, sales, etc.).
- Work experience abroad.
- Residency in the municipalities of Arona / Oleggio Castello (NO) or in the immediate vicinity.
