BARTENDER (SB017)
Job Description
To prepare and offer all kind of beverages according to the hotel standards and to provide friendly service ensuring maximum guest satisfaction. To be aware of all cocktail recipes list, do the daily bar mise-en-place and keep at all times the work area clean and organized. Additional responsibilities include upselling drinks and making suggestions, handling bills, greeting guests and reporting relevant enquiries and complaints.

- Pleasant personality with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Well-groomed with a positive attitude
- Team player, passionate about the job and focused on providing high quality results
- Self-motivated, multitasking and proactive. Ability to work under pressure
- Excellent command of English language. Knowledge of a second foreign language (preferably Russian, French or German) and hospitality education would be considered as extra assets
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
- Knowledge of Micros or other P.O.S. appliances
