We seek an experienced Areal Sales Manager for our business in Denmark (only OEM customers), UK & Ireland. You will be based in our HQ in Odense, Denmark, and report to the CCO.

Responsible role with great deal of freedom
You will build and establish relationships with distributors and end users to sell our products and ensure repeat business. You will work both tactically and operationally and your tasks will include preparing market and activity plans, prioritizing focus customers and sectors, evaluating the distributors, and establishing and developing new distributors.
You will hold a responsible position with a great deal of freedom and opportunities for you to personally shape the position and daily challenge your excellent sales skills.
Your tasks will include:
- Analyzing industrial markets, segmenting sectors, and identifying sales opportunities in the area assigned
- Manage the existing distributors and evaluate if they are the best options in the area
- Pipeline management
- Select, train, energize and support a net of distributors to design effective solutions for final customers and increase sales in the area
- Travel extensively visiting potential clients together with distributors and making presentations of the robots
- Control sales results and customer satisfaction
- Exhibition activities
The successful candidate
Professional competencies
- Dynamic Area Sales Manager with some years of experience dealing with distributors, preferably from a similar position within industrial robotics or automation
- You have proven track records
- You have a deep understanding of the industrial sectors in the area
- Relevant technical (engineering) education; preferentially, you possess a specialization in robotics and/or industrial automation
- Writes and speaks English fluently
Personal qualifications
You are self-motivated, takes initiative and have a positive attitude. You have a strong business sense, and you have excellent sales and negotiation skills. You are known for your excellent communication and people skills and understand the importance of relations building. Although your focus is on your area, you are a collaborator and you thrive in a dynamic, international environment where deadlines can be tight, and everyone give their best to reach the goals. You can work calmly under pressure and have good IT, budget and report writing skills.
