we are La Casera by Eros Buratti, an affineur and selector of fine cheese in Verbania, Lago Maggiore. We also have "La Bottega con i Tavoli", a fine bistrot where our customers try our products, paired with a good wine selection. Our mission is to give the best quality food to our customers, from the private customer eating in our bistrot to the foreign buyer who import our products. Under Piazza Ranzoni’s porch, in the heart of the historic district of Intra, La Casera has become a reference point for food and wine lovers. Eros choose to specialise in the refinement of local products, and it was a winning move. He carefully selects the cheeses that are ripened in our natural cellar, dedicating special attention to the nuances of their fragrances and aroma.
