Technical Project Manager @ MOBGEN Amsterdam

Full time 40 hours

This role is all about applying your technical knowledge, interpersonal and organisational skills to maximise results for clients. You will be setting priorities for development sprints and working throughout the development cycle to launch the final product within scope.

You will plan and manage projects from start to end ensuring satisfied customers and colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Understand the customer business needs, expectations, and success factors;
• Plan the overall project schedule together with the project team;
• Ensure project stays on track towards initial plan by coaching and leveraging all team members unique expertise;
• Manage the work streams throughout the project life cycle, making sure the team stays motivated and can move ahead unblocked;
• Manage project budgets against defined scope and timeline;
• Manage and escalate project risks to schedule, budget and scope;
• Mitigate the impact on projects while seeking alternate solutions;
• Report on project status, dependencies, and challenges to stakeholders. Both customer and internally.

Job requirements

• Excellent verbal and written communication in English;
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills;
• Proven ability to multi-task and manage priorities;
• B.S. degree in Computer science, Information system, Engineering, Science, Math, or other related scientific/ engineering degree;
• 3+ years in Project Management at a digital agency.

Nice to have

• Experience with global mobile systems & mobile apps;
• Hands on experience with coding at a professional level;
• Experience with Agile methodologies;
• Excellent verbal and written communication in Spanish.
