KOP Brežice search for a Construction Project Manager, whose tasks will include:
- preparing the project plan (technical, financial, timeline) in accordance with project documentation
- organizing all necessary resources for successful project execution
- independently managing the project and taking all actions needed to meet the the plan
- preparing technical / commercial requirements for demand of craft-installation and finishing works
- participating in selection of subcontractors and suppliers of construction materials and equipment
- negotiating with subcontractors and suppliers
- collaborating with supervisory bodies and client’s technical staff
- leading the project team, and preparing monthly, periodic and final reports on project execution
- collaborating on tender process from the viewpoint of technical execution and project complexity
- proposing solutions and optimizations
- controlling key tender items and suggesting appropriate execution solutions
- performing other tasks assigned by supervisor
Requisitos laborales
- driving licence category B
- strong organizational and leadership skills
- ability to manage people and processes
- professional certificate from the Construction Chamber (or similar regulatory license)
Prestaciones
Fixed monthly salary starting from €2,340 gross per month (initial compensation rate)
