KOP Brežice search for a Construction Project Manager, whose tasks will include:

  • preparing the project plan (technical, financial, timeline) in accordance with project documentation
  • organizing all necessary resources for successful project execution
  • independently managing the project and taking all actions needed to meet the the plan
  • preparing technical / commercial requirements for demand of craft-installation and finishing works
  • participating in selection of subcontractors and suppliers of construction materials and equipment
  • negotiating with subcontractors and suppliers
  • collaborating with supervisory bodies and client’s technical staff
  • leading the project team, and preparing monthly, periodic and final reports on project execution
  • collaborating on tender process from the viewpoint of technical execution and project complexity
  • proposing solutions and optimizations
  • controlling key tender items and suggesting appropriate execution solutions
  • performing other tasks assigned by supervisor
Requisitos laborales
  • driving licence category B
  • strong organizational and leadership skills
  • ability to manage people and processes
  • professional certificate from the Construction Chamber (or similar regulatory license)
Prestaciones

Fixed monthly salary starting from €2,340 gross per month (initial compensation rate)
