St. Theresa’s Nursing Home is a long established nursing home based in Thurles Town, Co. Tipperary. It is family owned and run and has been at the centre of residential care in the community since its establishment in 1980. It is regarded as one of the best. Our ethos of care is ‘to care for a Resident as we would wish our own relative to be cared for.’

We are always keen to recruit staff who will assist the Person in Charge with ensuring St. Theresa’s provides the highest standards of person centred care to Residents in accordance with: legislation; national standards and regulations; professional codes and guidance.

We currently have a position available for a Registered Staff Nurse to work with an excellent team in the delivery of a high standard of elderly care. The ideal candidate would have a minimum 1 year’s experience, excellent English (verbal & written), have a keen interest in elderly care, ability to work on own initiative & part of a team, be thorough & professional in all matters and be helpful and friendly in nature.
