We are looking for English and German or French speaking guides for a winter season full of beautiful landscapes, international guests, and meaningful work outdoors 😊 We are looking both full-time (average of 40h/week) and part-time team members.
As a guide, you will lead snowmobile, ice fishing, and snowshoeing programs. You will be trusted to lead groups independently, take care of your guests, and make sure every experience is safe, smooth, and memorable.

Guiding snowmobile, ice fishing, and snowshoeing tours
Leading international guests in English and in French or German

We are looking for someone who:
- Genuinely enjoys working with people and knows how to read and manage a group
- Feels comfortable talking about anything from everyday life to Lappish nature and culture
- Has a strong, natural safety mindset in everything they do
- Works with initiative and takes pride in doing things properly
- Understands that even when guiding alone, teamwork is essential in daily operations
- Is physically fit and ready for outdoor work in cold and changing conditions
- Speaks fluent English which is our working language, and either German or French as we offer tours in all three languages
- Holds a valid car driving license (required for snowmobile guiding)
- Previous experience of guiding
- Previous experience of working and driving in snowy conditions
We offer work clothing and help with finding an accommodation.
Applicant has to be in a normal to good physical shape to be able to work physical work outdoors in arctic conditions. Applicant has to hold a valid car driver's license.
