Yellowsquare Athens is seeking a Sales & Customer Care Experiencer to act as the bridge between guests, partners, and our Squares. The role includes handling B2B relationships with schools and travel agencies, managing guest inquiries and bookings, coordinating communication across locations, and supporting the Customer & Sales team in Italy. Ideal candidates have 2–3 years of experience in customer care, hospitality, or sales, fluency in Greek and English (Italian is a plus), strong communication skills, and confidence with PMS, OTAs, CRMs, and digital tools. - 2–3 years of experience in customer care, hospitality, or sales;
- Fluency in Greek and English (C1 level required), and Italian is highly valued;
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills;
- Confidence using property management systems (Clock), OTA extranets, CRMs, Google Workspace, and possibly channel managers;
- Ability to work well in a team while also being independent when needed;
- Availability to work full-time from our Athens office.
