MAIN OBJECTIVE OF THE POSITION

Provide excellent service by ensuring that guest rooms and areas are clean, welcoming, and comfortable. 

TASK, DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Thoroughly clean and maintain guest rooms according to the hotel's standards and procedures. This includes dusting, vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping floors.

Strip and make beds, changing bed linens and ensuring beds are neatly made to meet the hotel's standards.

Clean and sanitize bathrooms in guest rooms, including toilets, showers, bathtubs, countertops, and mirrors.

Restock guest rooms with necessary supplies, such as toiletries, towels, toilet paper, and drinking glasses.

Empty trash bins and dispose of waste properly in guest rooms and other assigned areas.

Collect and send guest laundry and dry cleaning, if applicable, and return cleaned items to the correct rooms.

Handle guests' lost and found items according to the hotel's policies, turning in any found items to the housekeeping management.

OTHER TASKS

Comply with the standards defined by the chain, reflected in the Quality Regulations.

Provide courteous and professional service to guests, respecting their privacy and responding to any requests or complaints promptly.

Ensure compliance with the Occupational Risk Prevention protocol.
