About the Role
Favn Servering is continuously looking for experienced restaurant managers and strong operational leaders for several of their venues in Bodø.
This is a hands-on leadership role where you will be responsible for daily operations, team development, guest experience, and overall performance of the restaurant.
Depending on experience, roles can range from restaurant manager to senior leadership positions within the group.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and develop the front-of-house team
- Ensure high standards of service, quality, and guest satisfaction
- Daily operational management (staffing, scheduling, service flow)
- Financial follow-up, including budgeting and cost control
- Recruitment, training, and building strong team culture
- Collaborate closely with kitchen leadership
What We Are Looking For
- Experience as a restaurant manager, assistant manager, or similar leadership role
- Strong operational understanding of restaurant service
- Proven ability to lead teams and create a positive work environment
- Structured, hands-on, and solution-oriented mindset
- Passion for hospitality and delivering high-quality guest experiences
- Willingness to relocate to Bodø
- Speak English fluently
